Return Policy

If you need to return your item(s) for any reason, please notify us as soon as you receive the order.  Returns are valid for 30 days post shipment. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.  Please contact us if you are unsure what you need, so that we can best serve your needs.

In the event of receiving damaged products: please photograph the arrival condition immediately, and then email the images to info@eberthoney.com or message them to 319.259.9377.  Many of our products are shipped insured, and the images are important for making appropriate claims with shipping vendors.  Thank you for understanding and cooperating in this type of event.
